Atlas Copco to acquire Lewa and Geveke

Atlas Copco has agreed to purchase Lewa GmbH and Geveke BV and their subsidiaries from Japan’s Nikkiso Co Ltd in a €670 million deal.
Founded in 1952, Germany’s Lewa manufactures diaphragm metering pumps, process pumps and full metering techniques. The company employs around 1200 individuals and had 2021 revenues of €233 million.

“Geveke has robust engineering capability, providing complete industrial pump options from idea to commissioning,” mentioned Atlas Copco’s Walker.
The acquisition is expected to be completed in the course of the second quarter 2022.
The main part of the acquired companies will have its base within the Power and Flow division inside Atlas Copco’s Power Technique Business Area and a smaller part will be a part of the Service division inside Atlas Copco’s Compressor Technique Business Area.
