Atlas Copco has agreed to accumulate the German industrial pump manufacturer Pumpenfabrik Wangen GmbH from non-public fairness agency Silverfleet Capital.

Headquartered in Wangen within the Allgäu area of Germany, Pumpenfabrik Wangen specialises in progressive cavity pumps used mainly within the biogas and wastewater sectors, and twin-screw pumps for meals and beverage and cosmetics functions.
Pumpenfabrik Wangen has manufacturing services in Germany, a US subsidiary and a global gross sales and service footprint. เกจวัดแรงดันลมดิจิตอล employs 265 people and had 2020 revenues of roughly €46.4 million.
“Industrial pumps is a segment that we have identified as a strategic fit for Atlas Copco and Wangen Pumpen has main differentiated know-how with a powerful aftermarket enterprise,” mentioned Andrew Walker, president of Atlas Copco’s Power Technique business area. “Wangen Pumpen is a powerful model and is understood for high quality in demanding industrial applications. This acquisition will create a stable foundation for additional progress in new industrial pump segments.”
The acquired enterprise will become part of the Power and Flow division within Atlas Copco’s Power Technique Business Area.
The deal is predicted to be accomplished through the second quarter of 2022 and is topic to regulatory approvals.
