Wilo has made two wastewater therapy acquisitions in Germany: FSM Frankenberger GmbH & Co KG in Pohlheim and WSM Walower Stahl- und Maschinenbau GmbH in Walow.

Both companies concentrate on applied sciences for mechanical cleaning and treatment of wastewater.

The two firms shall be integrated into Wilo’s Water Treatment Strategic Business Unit (SBU).
