AxFlow has acquired Pumpegruppen A/S, a Danish pump provider to the chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries and for water remedy and basic industrial applications.

Pumpegruppen is a full-service pump specialist representing manufacturers including Grundfos, Wilden, FTI and Speck. The company is headquartered in Lyngby, 10 km north of Copenhagen, and has another base in Rønde in Jutland.

Under the leadership of CEO and former owner Erling Olsen, Pumpegruppen will proceed to function beneath its present title while being part of the AxFlow Group.
