A. Rigid Shaft Support Traditionally, plastic chemical pumps both have a single sided shaft assist or only use plastic for a double-ended shaft assist. The problem with this is that beneath high temperature or pressure, the shaft help weakens resulting in shaft deflection and due to this fact vibrations leading elevated wear and decreased service life. The AME range features a patented integral V shape entrance support that’s a half of the metal casing armour and then PFA lined. The rear of the shaft is supported in the PFA lined containment shell and reinforced by a metal support ring and high-strength carbon fibre composite cowl. H. High Strength Magnetic Coupling Inner magnets are constructed from Samarium Cobalt (SmCo) so as to withstand excessive operating temperatures with out experiencing demagnetization. High power neodymium (NdFeB) is then used for the drive magnet to provide high torque transmission.
