Both companies concentrate on applied sciences for mechanical cleansing and remedy of wastewater.
“Thanks to the acquisitions, we are ready to offer our prospects a fair wider range of solutions,” mentioned Oliver Hermes, president and CEO of the Wilo Group. “We are persistently following our strategic growth from an expert for heating functions to a holistic solutions provider for all applications in the transport, use and treatment of water and wastewater.”

However, FSM Frankenberger and WSM Walower remain impartial and will continue to be run by native managers.
“Wilo’s market and software experience and the 2 companies’ particular solutions are the best combination to use new alternatives in current business segments and collectively develop new markets,” said Dr Patrick Niehr, a member of the manager board and chief change officer of the Wilo Group.
